That is very important to know some companies in U.A.E. need special hardware (Mini industrial computer ) to control data of sensors and move motors and relays automatically based on a designed algorithm. This needs designing hardware as PLC and programming a frame ware with data communication to this hardware by PC.

Example of Automation for Industrial Machines

Wheel loaders has heavy duty transmissions to transmit engine force to tires. commonly this transmission uses hydraulic force for clutching of selected gears. and this hydraulic command will be issue by solenoid valves. so PLC for transmission (TCU: Transmission control unit) read data of sensors of speed engine, torque convertor, tires, and shift lever to control solenoid valves to make suitable gear selection.
